I have my dress and am wearing a 50s tea-length lace dress. I love the idea of being a little different with the bridesmaids and having them in mid-length tulle skirts and nice (possibly Bardot style) satin tops. My partner is worried that skirts will look less formal than dresses so I was just wondering if anyone’s maids wore tulle skirts and had photos that I could show him? The advantage of skirts for us is that I have a range of sizes (8-20) and tulle skirts look great on all sizes and so will allow them all to wear the same whereas I will struggle to find the same dress to suit all shapes and sizes!!
