1. Swap Hot Canapés for Ice Creams

If you’re planning a midsummer wedding your guests will love this playful little change from the norm. Try using mini tubs and spoons or serve miniature cones – keep it small and simple or everyone will be too full up!

For a more relaxed summer wedding why not serve your guests a delicious barbecue for dinner?
