Rebekah tells us about her love for design and favourite gown from her new collection.

I’ve always had a passion for design because… I have always been a creative person, ever since I was a child. I was always very aware of what I was wearing and very particular about what I wanted to wear. I started drawing, designing and sewing as a young child. My father is a talented artist and my mother made most of her own clothes, they passed these creative skills onto me.
My signature style is… Classic with vintage styling. Timeless silhouettes that flatter a bride’s figure.
The inspiration behind my latest collection? Romance, it’s taken over both bridal collections this season. Lace plays a huge part, delicate Chantilly lace and heavier corded styles in contemporary and classic designs. Soft romantic gowns in frothy tulle and layers of scalloped lace edging.
The hottest dress around right now is… AC330 (pictured above), our ivory and black tulle gown with one shoulder pleated bodice and die cut lace skirt.
The perfect wedding gown is… Different for every bride, every bride’s wedding gown is perfect.
The key to picking the perfect dress is… Go with your heart, sleep on it and you will wake up thinking about the correct dress. If you’re still unsure get a second opinion, but don’t invite too many people.
You heard it here first: 2013 bridal-wear predictions are… A return to classic silhouettes, A-line and princess line gowns. Simpler lines, less fuss.
Top tip when choosing your dress… Go with an open mind and listen to the advice of the sales assistant, they usually know what they are talking about.
Dream bride to style… Probably Kate Middleton, the world was watching and her gown will be remembered forever. She was a stunning, classically British bride.
The best thing about bridal design is… Having the privilege to design the most important piece of clothing in a woman’s life.
