If you’re having a rustic themed wedding, a tweed suit is likely to be on the agenda; they give an immediate air of a country gent, bringing with it a sense of sophistication and style.
Tweed allows you to stand out from the crowd – chances are, you’ve never worn a tweed suit before, so it makes sense to opt for something different for the most prestigious of occasions.
“Tweed offers an abundance of different patterns, colours, designs and weights, each offering you a unique style for your wedding day,” says Louise Vickerman of House of Cavani.
“The amount of choice available compared to traditional fabrics is one of many reasons as to why a tweed suit is an excellent option for any groom. Once your wedding day is over, you can still rock that tweed blazer, paired easily with a shirt, jeans and boots on for a stylish combo.”
“When you’re choosing your tweed wedding suit it’s critical to remember the colour scheme of the wedding,” advises Louise. “Crucially, ensure the fabric complements the appearance of the big day. Additionally, take note of picking your cloth for the time of year, as an example, a summer wedding will demand a lighter weight tweed.”
