The romantic city of Florence always held a special place in the couple’s hearts – it was the place where they got engaged, and they knew one day they would get married there as well. Choosing a simple yet elegant theme of white and crystal, they had a small ceremony and reception surrounded by their loved ones, beautifully designed by Franci’s Flowers Wedding Design.

Our proposal… during a holiday, in a church in Florence, we exchanged rings which Louis bought in a shop in famous Ponte Vecchio.
Our bridesmaids were… my lovely daughters.
My dress was… I choose two , the first was a romantic imperial style gown for the civil ceremony designed by Alexander McQueen (below right), and second strapless gown designed by Manuel Mota for Pronovias which I wore on my wedding day (below left).
Our ceremony was… Florence is place we love and we wanted an elegant, sophisticated and refined wedding. We loved the amazing view on town, also the outdoor ceremony in the gorgeous Italian garden was exactly what we were dreaming of. The ceremony was simply amazing, since my arrival with my father in the carriage and during my daughter’s speech I couldn’t stop crying!
Our theme was… white and crystal, and I really wanted to emphasize crystal detailing and stunning floral decorations. That’s why I choose Franci’s Flowers Wedding Design to make my vision come true and honestly Francesca exceed all my expectations!
Our favourite part of the day… the reception on the roof top of Villa Vedetta.
Our first dance song was… Shall We Dance by Michael Buble
