Botleys Mansion is a grand and truly elegant, exclusive use wedding venue in Surrey. With a capacity to hold up to 250 guests in the glass-roofed atrium, Botleys Mansion is the ultimate venue for large wedding ceremonies and receptions. With an expert team of in-house chefs, a specialist Wedding Planning Team and years’ worth of experience in holding the finest of weddings, Botleys Mansion is a must-see wedding venue if you plan on celebrating your marriage in or around the Surrey area.
“The recent, styled photoshoot that we welcomed with Lily’s Flowers and photographer Sigi Kirkpatrick was simply divine,” Botleys Mansion told us. “The lavish floral displays were perfectly apt for Botleys Mansion and we hope that it will inspire couples who are currently in the throes of wedding planning. The unique floral hoops, the vibrant pink, summery colour scheme and the intricate detailing looked truly spectacular throughout the whole venue; from the grand entrance hall, to the stunning Green Room and of course, the fancy, chandelier-lit Atrium.”

Rebecca Ellis is a very talented florist and the owner of Lily’s Flowers, and she was instrumental in creating this gorgeous styled shoot at Botleys Mansion.
“I wanted to create a beautiful English summer garden dream for our photoshoot at Botleys Mansion. The Mansion House is set in such beautiful grounds and I wanted it to reflect this. The meadow feel is very popular at the moment and personally my favourite look. It feels so soft, gentle and romantic and lends itself to a venue like this.”
“We lined the aisle either side with garden style arrangements that looked like they were growing up the sides of the chairs, in fact all the arrangements were designed in a very organic way to give the impression that they are growing.”
“We used foxgloves, coral charm peonies, larkspurs, Nigela, Veronica, and beautiful roses. The foliage was myrtle eucalyptus, soft ruscus, pistashe. All these created a summery English country garden feel.”
“We have used the moon gates at the top of the aisle before and created some lovely outdoor areas but we had never used them down a table. That’s what we love about doing photo shoots because you can be more experimental and try some new ideas out without the pressure of someone’s big day.”
“Using the larkspur to hang down at different heights framed this feature table and gave the impression of an abundance of flowers.”
“For the staircase in the Atrium we placed the flowers in a staggered style which, again, gave the impression of a growing woodland. Then the final main focus was the table.”
Photographer Sigi Kirkpatrick told us that, “When discussing our 2018 plans for a wedding shoot, myself and Rebecca (of Lily’s Flowers) wanted to create a luxurious, sumptuous floral spectacular in a truly distinctive setting. Botleys Mansion is the epitome of elegance and proved to be a truly exceptional location in which to indulge our floral designs. Rebecca’s creative skill allied with the stylish surroundings gave us the perfect combination for a truly stunning shoot.”
