About Admiral’s House

Weddings at the Admiral’s House

The lovingly restored Admiral’s House forms part of the oldest collection of buildings on site. The venue is reminiscent of an elegant townhouse, with two floors, joined by a beautiful period staircase. Situated on the edge of the Thames, it affords awe-inspiring, yet tranquil views of the river and across to Canary Wharf and the City.

The Admiral’s House is your very own romantic hideaway, perfect for an intimate wedding filled with charm and warmth. The building is closed to the public, giving events held here a wonderful sense of exclusivity – you will be married in a rarely seen piece of history. There is even a special retreat for brides – the Kay Room, with its own bathroom and refined feminine surroundings. This is the perfect place to change, store your personal items and enjoy a glass of champagne with bridesmaids.
