All their cakes are baked fresh to order and contain no added preservatives.  Debbie is a Level 1 & 2 City & Guilds Qualified Cake Decorator with a Distinction in Sugarpaste and Royal Icing. Debbie is also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
