Bucks County Museum is a unique venue for ceremonies. Situated in the Old Quarter of Aylesbury, its charm and historic character offers the perfect setting for the most significant part of your celebrations.
Choose from three unique rooms: The Georgian Room, The Hall and The Roald Dahl Gallery, all of which will be licenced for civil ceremonies from 1st April 2018. Our beautiful Walled Garden can host a stunning outdoor celebratory ceremony with the Gallery Porch perfectly positioned for this purpose. Venue hire of individual spaces is on an exclusive basis.
THE GEORGIAN ROOM
Seating: 46 for Civil Ceremonies A stunning setting for a Civil Ceremony and intimate gatherings. The architectural features of the room include floor to ceiling wooden doors leading into The Walled Garden, a marble fireplace and original wood flooring. The decorative ceiling was sympathetically and carefully restored in 2014 bringing the beautiful design back to life.
