Burley Manor, set in the New Forest National Park offers something truly unique for weddings and events with 40 individually designed boutique rooms, stunning food with Mediterranean influences, two superbly converted barns and views of the neighbouring deer sanctuary.

Complete with beamed, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling traditional brick chimneys, The Barn’s grand working fires places on either end are a focal point and add atmosphere. Light and airy in summer, warm and cosy in winter, it’s flexible enough to welcome up to 120 guests. Imagine uncovered rustic oak tables, hand-tied posies and floral bunting strung between the beams.

Adjoining The Barn and ideal for ceremonies and more intimate weddings, Deer Park Barn is designed to compliment the rustic and traditional feeling of the original barn. Beautifully beamed and vaulted ceilings, with lots of natural light, combined with rich oak flooring sets a relaxed scene.

Executive Chef Ben Johnson creates bespoke menus with some of his favourite Mediterranean inspired dishes and will work with couples to create a menu specific to your special day. Inspired by warm, relaxed way of life and delicious food of the region, expect rustic sharing boards, tapas platters, and a choice of barbeque or hog roast.
