The cakes are baked fresh to order, in a variety of tasty flavours & recipes to suit dietary needs. We also hire out a variety of knives & stands. Carolyn Harvey is a British Sugarcraft Guild accredited demonstrator & teaches sugarcraft across the UK & abroad. She has received several awards for her wedding cakes, sugar flowers, models & cake toppers. She was delighted to work on the Skoda car advert. Plus assisted with recreating the Peek Freans Queens wedding cake with lots of other BSG members, after it was destroyed by vandals.
Courses are available too either as 1:1’s or in a small group. Demonstrations and workshops to groups are available too.
