Colshaw Hall is an exclusive use, luxurious wedding venue nestled in 300 acres of private countryside.  Located in Over Peover, a gem of a village in the heart of Cheshire, it’s just 2 miles from Knutsford and within easy reach of the motorways, airport and rail networks.

When you step onto this country estate, you are immediately surrounded by nature and the greenery of manicured gardens and grounds which you can enjoy all to yourself, your family and friends.  A tree-lined sweeping driveway leads you to the hall itself, with Japanese Gardens to the front and the Magnolia Gardens to the side.

The estate boasts its own separate civil ceremony room, featuring beautiful oak beams and limestone floors. It's a stunning place to tie the knot and seats up to around 160 guests for your ceremony.

When you’ve taken your vows, you can wander past the lake complete with fountain to start your celebrations.  There are Walled Gardens for your guests to mingle and have a glass of bubbly and The Pavilion area (for those that prefer to be inside) is both light and spacious.

When you're ready for your wedding breakfast, our resident Toastmaster will welcome you into the Peel Suite which is the most impressive space for your wedding breakfast and the party later.  It’s fitted with climate control so your guests will be comfortable in all seasons and there's also standard AV equipment.  There are views from the leaded windows over the walled gardens and an outside seating area to the font. The Peel Suite seats around 180 comfortably and a dancefloor/stage are optional.Our exclusive caterers 'Barrett’s Events' will make sure your glasses are topped up and serve you delicious restaurant-quality food.

When you get married at Colshaw Hall many special extras that are already included in the price.  You have your own toastmaster for the day, the services of a wedding coordinator on the run-up to the day and on the day itself to look after you.  Chiavari chairs, glassware and standard plates are already included in the price, as are a cake stand and easel for your table plan.

When you’re ready to retire after a fabulous day, you can stay in Colshaw Hall itself in 7 beautiful luxury bedroom rooms and a choice of three receptions rooms to reflect on the day's events.  There are also further accommodation options in the form of courtyard cottages, Eco Lodges and the Irlam Lodge so we can accommodate 36 guests on site.

For everybody that stays the night, we will serve a delicious cooked breakfast in The Orangery the next day so you can spend more time with your loved ones and be set up for your first day as a married couple.

Colshaw Hall is family-run and family-owned.  Because of this, we can give you a bespoke service and a wedding team will do everything they can to make sure your day is perfect.
