Coombe Trenchard is a country house wedding venue like no other. 
An Edwardian private house on Dartmoor in Devon, offering exclusive use in a characterful home originally designed by Walter Sarel for entertaining (see its totally unique Disappearing Wall https://www.coombetrenchard.co.uk/the-disappearing-wall). Owners Sarah and Philip have lovingly restored this Arts & Crafts beauty, and enjoy sharing it with others.

Only a small number of weddings and special occasion celebrations are held at Coombe Trenchard each year, so your day will be an individual experience designed especially for you. Sarah loves to help each couple's dream happen for them, and will be on hand to assist both with wedding plans and on-the day co-ordination.

From a small, relaxed ceremony in the Morning Room or outside under the Italianate tower, to something larger in the Grand Hall, Coach House https://www.coombetrenchard.co.uk/the-coach-house-1 or a marquee there are 12 different locations throughout our country house wedding venue and gardens where you could hold your civil ceremony or reception https://www.coombetrenchard.co.uk/your-reception-1.

There’s even accommodation https://www.coombetrenchard.co.uk/stay for you and your guests, including our beautiful Bridal Suite. Decorated in the Edwardian style and with jugs of seasonal garden flowers, it also has an elegant en-suite bathroom, making it the ideal place for you to get ready or relax.
