Glaramara Hotel is a privately owned hotel which is run by an experienced and professional team whose aim is to make your visit a memorable and rewarding experience.

 

The location of the house is particularly striking with commanding views of the Borrowdale Fells. It is ideal base for a walking holiday with easy access to some of the best routes in the Lake District.

We have twenty five double/twin en-suite rooms and eight single en-suite rooms.   Facilities include a spacious resident’s lounge with log fire, spacious bar including log fire, a drying room and free wi-fi. Our restaurant serves excellent quality home-made food using the best local and seasonal ingredients.

The hotel is an ideal place for anyone to book who wishes to enjoy the beautiful Borrowdale Valley or the nearby market town of Keswick. Our location, grounds and facilities make us a perfect venue for exclusive or non-exclusive event hire including conferences, wedding receptions, family celebrations or walking club meetings
