WELCOME TO GREENWICH YACHT CLUB
Located halfway between the Millennium Dome and the Thames Barrier GYC is now over 100 years old, founded by a handful of Thames sailors in 1908, and boasts around 400 members. The club caters for cruiser sailors, dinghy sailors, motor-boaters and rowers. Sail past Canary Wharf and beautiful Royal Greenwich up London's historic river or go down to the estuary for the East coast or a channel crossing. Motor cruisers can go right through the very heart of the capital, and have access to the river Lee and inland waterways.

At Greenwich Yacht Club we believe that it is your wedding day so you should have it how you would like it. We know that money doesn’t grow on trees and you want to spend it on things that are important to you to make your day the day you dreamed of.

However, if you would like the stress of organising the day taken away we do offer packages using our trusted suppliers who know the venue and run to the high standards that we expect for all our wedding couples.

Our wedding brochure breaks the day down for you so that you can put it together yourself and our events manager can help answer all your questions and give you advice on how to make all your ideas become reality.
