LMS Weddings is a Wedding Coordinator and Planner based in Shropshire, providing services within the local and surrounding areas. I am accredited with the UK Academy of Wedding and Event Planners and have over 10 years experience within the Wedding Industry.  I listen to you and am on hand to offer guidance when required.

Services available are;

ON THE DAY COORDINATION - Perfect if you are having a Marquee, Tipi, Yurt or Barn Wedding

- Initial consultation to get to know you as a couple and find out more about your wedding day and the plans that you have so far;
- Production of timelines and schedules, working with you so that the day runs smoothly just as you would like it to;
- Liaison with your Suppliers before your wedding day to confirm final details;
- Presence at your wedding venue on the day before your wedding to go through final details
- Present at your wedding venue on the day of your wedding for 8 hours (Additional hours are available at an additional cost)
- Toastmaster/Master of Ceremony Services (If required)
- Unlimited email and telephone support.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING - Is the idea of planning the biggest day of your life stressing you out? I can help bring your dreams into reality

- Initial consultation to discuss what you want for your dream wedding day, and also your budget and how it can be achieved;
- Budget management assistance;
- Production of timelines and schedules;
- Venue and Supplier sourcing;
- Assistance with Guest Management and chasing up RSVP's;
- Presence on the day of your wedding as required;
- Unlimited email and telephone support;
- Regular meeting to discuss plans and arrangements made.

 

SUPPLIER SOURCING - Perhaps you live away from the area where you are getting married, and need a little help sourcing reputable Suppliers?

- Initial discussion with you to find out more about your requirements for your wedding as well as getting idea of your Budget and what aspects of your wedding are important to you;
- Contacting recommended Suppliers to check for availability and pricing options available;
- Detailed report of recommended 3 -4 Suppliers suitable to your needs for you to make the final decision.

VENUE SOURCING -  Do you have your dream wedding day in mind but are struggling to find your dream Venue?

- Initial discussion with you to find out more about your requirements for your wedding as well as getting idea of your Budget and what your dream Wedding Venue is;
- Contacting relevant Venues to check for availability and pricing options available;
- Detailed report of up to 3-4 recommended Venues suitable to your needs for you to make the final decision.
