They can host smaller, intimate weddings for up to 30 guests in the Library through to larger celebrations for up to 200 in the Trelawney Suite. The Library, Brasserie and Trelawney Suite are all licensed to perform civil ceremonies. Each location imparts its own particular ambience and one is sure to meet your needs. They recognize that your wedding is as unique as you are and that you will want to bring your own style and taste to this special day. With this in mind, their Head Chef has created a variety of exciting menus that allow you the freedom to pick and mix the food combinations that work for you and your budget.

Their award-winning gardens are the perfect back drop for reception drinks and photos in the beautiful summer sunshine, or if it’s a winter wedding you’re planning, their restored original house lounge with an open log fire will play host as you welcome your guests in to your warm retreat from the Cornish sea air.

Merchants Manor has 39 en-suite bedrooms and, with their compliments, they offer their bridal couples one of their Old House master bedrooms for their wedding night. The manor can be booked exclusively for you and your guests and they would be delighted to discuss this, and other accommodation options, with you.

They also have a state of the art fitness suite, 12m heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Scandinavian barrel sauna – available to you for relaxation before your special day or for a little ‘me time’ before the celebrations begin.
