- Your wedding day is a beautiful start of your journey as a married couple! It is all about you, who you are and your unique celebration.
- My documentary and reportage style is natural, creative, relaxed but most importantly authentic and timeless. For me it is important to show not only how it looked but how it felt to be at your wedding.
- I enjoy capturing real moments, raw and pure emotions, so in the future you can step back in time when looking at the photos and feel all the excitement, love and happiness from the day again.
- My aim is to capture all the important moments and all those silly ones too! Kisses, belly laughs and tears… creating timeless memories!
- I try to blend in with your guests like an old friend with camera! It is important to me to that you have the best time of your lives. So taking this less traditional approach allows me create beautiful story from the inside.
- I've been photographing weddings for since 2005 so alongside the photos, you'll get all the knowledge and experience that comes with shooting over 450 weddings. Ask me anything and on the day I often help the clueless boys with their ties and buttonholes.

Hi, I'm Mike. I'm the one and only staff member at Michael Wells Photography so its me you'll have the pleasure of getting to know and who'll be with you or nearby photographing you for your whole wedding day. Its a great idea to get to know each other and to hear about your plans and wants for your special day. With this info I can get a better idea of what is important to you and what to focus on during the day of your wedding. Want lots of family pics of everyone enjoying themsleves, done. Want to go to the beach for some photos of just the two of you, done. Don't want ANY group photos, brilliant. If you're a little nervous about having your photos taken, no problem, we can meet prior to your day and do a no pressure pre wedding shoot at your venue or a favourite spot. Each and every wedding is different because of the people, you, your friends and your family make it YOUR day. I look forward to hearing from you and hearing your plans for your wedding day.
