Pencoed House are delighted to offer a variety of packages to take some of the worries and the stress out of planning a perfect Wedding. You will have a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator leading up to your perfect day along with a Master of Ceremonies to keep the order of your day running smoothly. With all the history of the prestigious Estate with its manicured lawns and babbling brook, you could not want for a better Venue for your special day.

 

Our exclusive packages are based on 60 adult day guests* in the Old Hall and use of the fully licensed Woodland Bar and Link Marquee. You can offer your guests complimentary car parking, Bucks Fizz on arrival, a 3 course Wedding Breakfast from Duncan Grey of Cresta Caterers who supply a silver service and has been unrivalled since 1964, a glass of red or white wine for your guests with the meal, followed by a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. The cake stand and knife is also provided free of charge. In addition to the Wedding Breakfast an evening buffet can also included for a small additional charge. Our house DJ will start the evening's entertainment at 7pm and play until 11.30pm. The bar closes at midnight.

Access is available from 8am on the morning of your wedding and we ask that decorations are removed at the end of the night. Simply sign our terms and conditions, together with a £1000.00 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. The venue and accommodation balances are due 6 months before your wedding with the final balance 30 days before. Please note, should you require a Civil Ceremony at Pencoed House, an extra charge will apply at £245 + VAT. There is a non-refundable damage waiver payable of £145 plus VAT with all packages. *Additional guests are welcome and will only be charged for food.
