"We had our daughters wedding here on 10.9.16 and it truly was the most fantastic day ever! We had looked at many wedding venues throughout Devon, Cornwall & even abroad but nothing seemed quite right until we chanced upon Rosewarne.

We first contacted Cyril by email and were delighted to receive such a positive, detailed reply. One of the many good things about this venue is that numerous "extras" don't suddenly appear. If you have looked at wedding venues you will know what we mean! When we visited Rosewarne we were so impressed by the building, grounds, the incredible menu choices and of course Cyril's efficiency.

There was no doubt this was the place for us. All the planning went smoothly, even when we asked for a sweetheart table rather than the traditional "top" table.Early on the day Gill was busy doing everything from the gardening to the decorations whilst Cyril organised so many other things that make a wedding day perfect. The weather was spectacular so we were able to have all the photos outside whilst the guests relaxed in the sun in the lovely grounds. All the food was amongst the best we and our guests have ever tasted.

From the canapes through the chef's starter platter to all the main meals & the wonderful desserts, it was faultless. If you like food you will LOVE this venue! The evening Cornish buffet had the best pasties and Cornish cheeses for any one that had room for more.

The venue works so well as there are so many areas from the dance floor to the quiet dining room to the bar with friendly efficient bar staff. We also hired the apartment for 2 nights and were provided with the most delicious continental breakfast on both days. All of the staff are hard working, polite, helpful and friendly. Cyril & his wife Gill work hard to ensure everything goes according to plan and can cope with with everything from lively children to even livelier bridesmaids!
