Scorrier House is an exclusive wedding venue, set in four hundred acres of private parkland and historic gardens. Arriving down the sweeping driveway through magnificent parkland attests you are going somewhere very special.





The Grand Hall with its sweeping double staircase provides a breathtaking theatre to married in front of 120 friends and family. Or, on a hot summer’s day, couples can marry under the gazebo in the beautifully verdant pool garden opposite the botanic conservatory.

There is no shortage of space for wedding receptions at Scorrier – its size exempts any need for a marquee. The Grand Hall can seat 120 guests, the gilded Drawing Room was designed for dancing and the comfortable Blue Library, with its wood burner, is an oasis of calm. This is not to mention Scorrier’s famous 10 acre historic garden where photo opportunities are boundless (just look at our gallery) and the striking parkland that sets the backdrop to whole scene. All this is yours.



 



 



Weddings are personal and Scorrier offers a blank canvas where marriages can be tailored entirely to your whim. Take-over the house and add your own touches to everything from room configurations to flower arrangements.

Offering their family home as a wedding venue, Richard and Caroline have over 15 years of experience in wedding planning and will ensure that everything is run to perfection. Choose from their address book that bulges with handpicked local suppliers providing everything from three-piece orchestras to ice cream vans.

 









Weddings should last longer than just one day and at Scorrier accommodation is provided onsite for up to 10 friends and family. More than just a wedding venue, the House and accommodation can be made available for intimate parties, barbecues, lunches or brunches pre or post the wedding day.
