About Smithills Hall

Smithills Hall is a truly special wedding venue in a beautiful and historic Grade I listed building in wonderful grounds. They are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in the Medieval Great Hall, the Tudor Withdrawing Room or the Devey Room so you can design the wedding day that you want and have your choice of settings and decor. 

They can also provide the setting for your wedding reception, with the Bolton Registry Office close by in the town centre, within easy reach of the Hall so that your guests can easily travel between the two.
