Sophie’s is a mobile catering company offering cakes and desserts for all occasions, whether it be for birthdays, weddings or dinner parties, as well as afternoon tea for events of any kind, a hen do, a business meeting or a birthday. Sophie’s is based in Burwell, Cambridgeshire and can offer services around the whole district, including Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. Sophie’s can also provide for anyone with dietary needs, just let them know!

"Sophie's was created by me, Sophie Elliott, because of my passion for Afternoon Tea and cakes. I have loved baking ever since I learnt to make my very first Victoria Sponge and my Mum and Grandmother are my inspirations when it come to baking and cooking. I studied a foundation degree in Professional Culinary Arts at Bournemouth University after I left school and then went onto to work in a independent cafe until I was ready to start up my own business. In January 2016 I went on a Prince's Trust enterprise course to learn more about business and to write a business plan, I now have a mentor who is helping me work towards my goal of owning my own tearoom."
