Located on the corner of Seaside Road and the Promenade in Withernsea, the Shores Centre, as it’s more commonly known, was purpose-built after many years of consultation driven by the residents, to provide a wide range of services, facilities and resources that support all members of our community. We provide conference facilities, training and meeting rooms, where the furniture can be arranged to suit your requirements and a full range of audio-visual and ICT equipment is available. It provides an ideal environment for conferences, AGMs, smaller meetings, training and interviews.Shores prides itself in its service to the community and we continually develop our activities, projects and support that best serves those needs. This can only be achieved by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who daily tirelessly demonstrate their commitment to making positive contributions supporting our customers. Since 2005 when we opened our doors to the public, we have assisted thousands of individuals in a wide range of areas, from health to advice, looking for work to self-employment, searching for funding to setting up community groups, job fairs, training events, as well as the hundreds of personal celebratory events such as weddings and birthdays parties.
