Ceremony
We have two private rooms which are licensed for the Civil Ceremony for between 20 and 55 guests. We are unable to book the registrar on your behalf. If you would like to use the hotel for your ceremony, you will need to contact the registrar directly with your preferred date. The Registrar can check availability for dates for up to 2 years in advance. Please note, however that Notice of Marriage for both parties can only be booked within 12 months or less of your preferred date.

Reception
We can offer you the opportunity of holding your reception in our Oak-Panelled Restaurant or the marquee for 55-120 guests. You will also have the use of our gardens for your drinks reception and country views to assist a memorable photo album.

To help alleviate the pressure and worries you will both have, we offer you the expertise and advice of the experienced and fully trained staff here at The Bedford Arms.

As The Bedford Arms is a small Country House Hotel, we can offer  you an individual day to suit your requirements. Our menus have been priced very simply, enabling you to easily determine how much your event will cost. If you would like to make any amendments to our packages, this can be arranged. If you wish to choose a menu, which is not included in our selection, then our Chef will be happy to discuss other options.

To help alleviate the pressure and worries you will both have, we offer you the expertise and advice on choosing menus, wines, seating arrangements, flowers and any other details that are all important to make your day special and unique to you.
