Located in a quiet side street in Kensington, London, is The Couture Gallery, Boutique and Atelier of Danish designer Britta Kjerkegaard, famed for her show-stopping bespoke wedding dresses and couture bridal gowns.

A must visit for the modern couture bride, the two floor boutique houses the latest wedding dress collections by the designer. Exquisite lace dresses, voluminous tulle gowns and floor sweeping silk creations provide the bold, yet elegant silhouettes for which The Couture Gallery is renowned.

Britta’s signature body sculpting built-in corsetry is evident in all her couture gowns and a firm favourite amongst her discerning brides looking for the perfect fit and a figure enhancing silhouette.The bridal palette starts with crisp white and soft ivory tones, moving into shimmering champagne and romantic blush hues. Features include delicately hand beaded French laces and intricate 3D floral embellishments accompanied by striking headpieces and hand crafted tulle veils. 

From first sketch to finished gown, a truly bespoke service enables the designer to meet her clients' needs and wishes throughout the couture process in a series of private fittings. Personally designed for each individual bride-to-be, all wedding dresses are created at the in-house Atelier by Britta and her highly skilled team, resulting in not just a dress, but the memory of a lifetime.
