The small ‘Meeting Room’ will be closed off for the whole of this period as will the access from the small ‘Meeting Room’ into the Kitchen.

The  builders will screen off the ‘Building Area’ at the eastern end of the Hallway and access for users through the main entrance will be unaffected.

The Main Hall, Front Room, Kitchen, Toilets and Store Room will be operating as normal and the builders will not be accessing any of these areas.

A small area of the car park next to the Main Entrance will be ‘screened off’ for building work and there will only be access to the back of the building by special arrangement with the builder.

We hope that the bookings will not be unduly affected by  noise and disturbance during the building work.
