Hi, I’m Charlize (although most people call me Liesie), a Staffordshire- based cake designer and lover of good food. I have always had a passion for baking & making delicious treats for friends & family. After spending many weekends in my kitchen, coming up with new & awesome ways to make my cakes unique, The Rosy Cake Co was born. I believe that food should look as delicious as it tastes, and that cakes are for celebration, bringing joy to special events & creating memories that will last a lifetime. I am truly passionate about what I do and I can’t wait to create something special for you!
