Intimate and Simple weddings can be booked Monday to Thursday, subject to availability. Ceremonies can be held at 12.30pm or 16.30pm. Wedding bookings must include a two night stay at the hotel on the night before and the night of the wedding. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer weddings in school holidays, from June to September or during January when the hotel is closed.

 

Once we have confirmed your chosen date is available you can make a provisional booking. This will be held for a maximum of 14 days at the discretion of the management. This does not mean that space is guaranteed and the management reserve the right to release bookings without notification on any provisional booking that has not yet been confirmed.

To confirm a booking we require written confirmation, a 30% deposit and a signed copy of our terms and conditions. The Scarlet will only deem a booking confirmed when a hotel representative has acknowledged receipt of your confirmation letter, deposit and signed terms and conditions.
