Set in the heart of the gorgeous Cornish countryside Woodland Valley farm offers an all year round Green Wedding option that quite literally will not cost the Earth…

Fabulously private and secluded, you will enjoy exclusive use of Woodland Valley and we will do everything we can to make sure your special day goes without a hitch and is memorable for all the right reasons!

Our beautifully converted farm buildings offer scope for many different styles of wedding and reception ideas. We are licensed to hold wedding ceremonies and civil partnership services in The Granary, The Roundhouse, Heifers House or Orchard Barn and we can also arrange woodland blessings.

 

Catering
We can accommodate up to 50 guests for an intimate wedding breakfast in The Granary, or up to 150 if you would like to have a Hog Roast or Buffet. After the wedding feast, the table and chairs can be cleared away to create a huge dance floor.   You can hire a band or a DJ to play in the barn – perfect for country dancing and we can even arrange straw bales for seating!

Farm produce is at the heart of all the catering for our Green Weddings. Due to our tradition as a long established, working farm we have links with other producers and suppliers in and around the local area insuring that produce has low food miles along with freshness and quality. We also have our very own microbrewery so we can produce a unique brew for your special day.

Accommodation
Weekend and overnight stays are available along with our tailor made Stag and Hen Party packages which will complement your full Green Wedding experience.

The accommodation is multi functional, allowing for the best and most efficient use of space with double rooms, family accommodation or dorm style rooms available. All rooms are very comfortable and with first-rate facilities.

All the renovated farm buildings have been completed to a high specification using up to the minute techniques such as rainwater harvesting and locally sourced and sustainable building materials. Three self-catering units are available, either at full board, B&B or self-catering rate.

We also have ample camping facilities ensuring that your guests are well catered for thus eliminating the use of multiple transport needs.

The Green credentials of the venue are outstanding, having obtained its Gold level Green Tourism award (2007 – 2014) and also won the Cornwall Sustainability award 2008 and 2012 in the ‘Best Managed Small Business Category’.
