Our service is also an all-inclusive one and we can supply almost everything, which makes it easier on our clients, as opposed to having loads of different suppliers. From Reception Drinks, Mobile Bars, Staff, Food, Plates, Glasses, Coffees, Evening Food, just leave it all in our capable hands!
We strongly believe that the success of your big day revolves around the food (and drink off course). That’s why we have come up with two fun, informal and tasty Wedding Style Menus that are bound to steal the show.
Our Two Course BBQ & Slow Roast Buffet has the advantage of our unique “From the BBQ” arrival Nibbles. Served floated by Nyama Staff upon your guests’ arrival on rustic wooden platters. This is followed by a Slow Spit Roasted meaty fest. The mains is served buffet style and we ask that guests come up two tables at a time to ensure very little queue time.
Another method of serving, which has increased in popularity recently, is the Family Sharing Style, where we will place salads, sides and sauces on the tables and then bring around large wooden platters with your choice of main to share with family and friends.
Combine your afternoon Wedding Menu with an evening Deli Board, Finger Buffet or Wood Fired Pizza for a complete Nyama Experience. Whilst you’re at it, throw in some Organic Ice Creams & one of our Wedding Reception Drinks Packages or Cash Bar.
