The Spice Girl was spotted entering Enfield Registry Office, North London, where she was applying for the official notice. A notice of intent to marry must be given at least 28 full days before any nuptials are exchanged and is valid for 12 months, so it looks like the wedding day is coming soon!
The couple got engaged back in January 2011 after a 12-year relationship together and have two children together.

According to reports, the couple are due to tie the knot at London’s celebrity hotspot, the Old Marylebone Town Hall that has been used by celebrities like Liam Gallagher and Sir Paul McCartney.
Speaking recently to Fabulous magazine about her wedding plans the singer said, “There aren’t any plans for a wedding, but we do talk about it. I think because both of us are Aquarius we try and live for the moment, so don’t plan things too far ahead. I’m so lucky to have found him.”
