You can get married at Gary Barlow’s old country house, and you should see how stunning it is.
You can get married at Gary Barlow’s old country house: Delamere Manor is a beautiful wedding venue in Cheshire, sitting in over 100 acres of picturesque Cheshire countryside complete with vast lawns, gardens, meadows and woodland, and a six-acre lake. Other features include a jetty and a state-of-the-art nightclub.
While now privately owned, previous owners of the manor include the powerful Wilbraham family and, more recently, talented musician and songwriter Gary Barlow.
The manor offers an array of settings for your big day—whether that’s for your ceremony, reception, drinks reception, or wedding breakfast—from licensed, flexible function rooms to a tipi erected on the lawn.
The Courtyard is a glass-fronted structure crowned with a canopy of fairy lights and a retractable roof; the paved, south-facing Terrace overlooks the lawns, lake and woodland and has direct access from the Drawing Room.
The Pergola is a pretty charming spot to sign the wedding register or for an intimate wedding ceremony of up to 12 guests; the Garden Folly is a gorgeous stone structure and stunning photo opportunity for a lakeside wedding.
And the Jetty is an idyllic waterside setting that offers panoramic views. There is also a lovely Bridal Parlour on the ground floor, and a choice of local churches.
Surrounded by such breathtaking countryside and wildlife (including some resident swans), Delamere Manor is a nature lover’s dream.
Furthermore, as well as these gorgeous settings Delamere Manor boasts hand-selected catering partners Cheeky Chilli, who are a versatile team who can cater for anything from “informal street food or an eight-course tasting menu”.
