Harry Potter actor Matthew Lewis got married to girlfriend Angela Jones in beautiful Italy this weekend, and their wedding photo is gorgeous.
Most of us know him as Neville Longbottom from Harry Potter—one of the most lovable, awkward characters through books 1 to 6 and then a noted badass worthy of the sword of Gryffindor in book 7—and now big congratulations are in order. He and his fiancée tied the knot in classy, understated style with the groom looking dapper in a black tuxedo, black bowtie, and white boutonniere while the bride was a picture of grace in a white satin gown (complete with beautiful lace detail across the bodice) and a bouquet of lovely white roses.
Not only did I miss @ArcticMonkeys in LA but they were performing in Italy at the same time we were there and my wife made me get married instead. Fuming. pic.twitter.com/VEZfTkizBa

In his announcement tweet, Matthew joked that, “Not only did I miss @ArcticMonkeys in LA but they were performing in Italy at the same time we were there and my wife made me get married instead. Fuming.”
The happy couple first met at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Orlando where Angelina was working as an events planner (we guess magic really was in the air!) and they’re believed to have gotten engaged in one of the most romantic locations in the world—Paris, right by the Eiffel Tower—in November 2016.
We’re sure you’ll join us in offering them huge congratulations! And if you’d like to fawn over more celebrity romance, make sure you check out Hugh Jackman’s adorable anniversary message for his wife of 22 years…which was immediately trolled by Ryan Reynolds.
