Kanye West has said some rather outlandish things over the years, and his latest announcement is that it was down to him that marriage became “cool” again.
Speaking to James Corden, Kanye said: “People thought it would be uncool to get married, and then I got married and then people went, ‘Oh, that looks cool’,”
James replied what we were all thinking, saying: “No one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian, everybody thought it would be cool to marry Kim Kardashian!”
To which Kanye quipped: “Well, not Kris Humphries,” referring to Kim’s 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011.

Kanye also explained his theories on marriage, saying that marriage years are different to normal years… stick with us…
He said: “Marriage years are different to normal years. You know how dog years is like seven years? Every marriage year feels like one hundred years. [So we’ve been married for] 500 years.”
