Made in Chelsea star Ollie Locke has announced his engagement to a long-term friend, who already shares his surname!

Ollie and new fiancé Gareth Locke chose to share their exciting news the old-fashioned way – with an announcement in the forthcoming marriage section of The Times. Ollie then made sure fans were in the loop by posting a picture of the announcement on his Instagram account and on his story.
Ollie revealed in the caption that Gareth proposed to him, stating:
“I have known him for 10 years, and at many of my most important life moments he was in the background. Earlier this year we realised that what we had both been looking for was standing in front of us all along, the greatest hint was probably that we already have the same surname! I have never been happier and can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with someone who makes me smile like this every day! On Sunday I said yes Xx”
Gareth also shared the happy news on his Instagram profile:
It’s not clear how long the couple have been together, but in August Ollie posted a picture which teased the presence of someone special in his life.
