This weekend sees The National Wedding Show‘s autumn season kick off, with the Olympia Show taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
With four shows between now and the end of October, there’s so much for brides and grooms-to-be to see – to stop you from being overwhelmed, we’ve rounded up six exhibitors across the shows that you’ll want to highlight on your floor plan and make sure to pay a visit to.
Swaadh
Who: Swaadh is an exciting new way of serving and enjoying ice cream; they create luxury and bespoke ice cream rolls right before your guests, making your wedding truly unique and memorable.
Swaadh works with you to make your very own bespoke experience, with a choice of personalised booth, cups, menu and flavours.
Where: NEC Birmingham – Stand: NT20
What to expect: “Having recently got married, we know exactly how much preparation goes in to planning your big day; it can be both exciting and stressful at the same time,” says Swaadh’s founder Upjeet.
“We are excited to meet people to talk about their journeys and see how Swaadh can add that special touch to their event.”

Sugar Land by Naoual
Who: A bespoke wedding cake designer creating individual pieces for each and every couple, crafting cakes as original as they are.
Where: Olympia London – Stand: L6
What to expect: “We’ll be showing a selection of luxury cakes made, each delivering a unique piece of majestic art,” explains Naoual.
“We can’t wait to meet new couples amidst their beautiful journey and be able give them the cake of their dreams on the most special day of their lives.”
Made Wright London
Who: No bridal party is complete without luxury personalised pyjamas, and Made Wright London offer some of the loveliest ones we’ve ever seen.
Where: ExCeL London – Stand: NT7
What to expect: “We’re excited to showcase our collection for the first time at the National Wedding Show – we have an affordable range of pieces to add some luxury to every bride,” says Lois from the brand.
“Couples attending the event can expect to see our entire collection, and will be treated to an exclusive National Wedding Show discount. Our personalisation stand will be there for you to see the action for yourselves, plus there will be an opportunity to win some incredible prizes.”
The Lodge Brighton
Who: The Lodge Brighton is a collection of cool and stylish luxury hen houses for between 10 and 28 guests. The properties are close to the seafront, hidden away from the crowds, located in residential areas with gardens and parking, yet close enough to Brighton city centre.

What to expect: “We can’t wait to meet lots of new brides-to-be and their bridesmaids and offer advice and top tips on how to create an unforgettable Brighton hen weekend,” says Scott from The Lodge Brighton.
“We’ll be filling everyone in on planning the perfect hen weekend including spa treatments, private dinning, butlers, dance lessons, life drawing, cocktail making and wine tasting!”
Katya Katya London
Who: Katya Katya London is a London based designer label that offers a unique selection of feminine bridal and womenswear pieces from Katya Shehurina. The brand is focusing on her unique design style which reflects modern vintage inspired aesthetic, impeccable craftsmanship and a lightweight ethereal finish.
“We are so excited about meeting new brides at the show,” says Dorz, a spokesperson for the brand.
“We always get amazing feedback from everyone who comes by our stand and it is just lovely to meet and get to know our KATYA KATYA brides for the first time. We have been participating at the National Wedding Show for years now and it is always an amazing experience. The whole show is filled with inspiration and it is the perfect place to start the wedding planning or find finishing touches.”

What to expect: “We will be showcasing our new Serendipity collection at our stand. The collection was inspired by the love story of a couple. Katya imagined how a dress can represent them falling in love and starting a new journey together. The collection transfers us to this fairy-tale through the ethereal materials and effortless silhouettes whilst keeping our signatures styles and bohemian aesthetic.”

Our exhibitors come from far and wide, with Engaged INC. coming a little further than most, all the way from Canada.
The company offers an app which allows you to communicate with others in the wedding party, without the hassle of several different messaging apps – wave goodbye to Whatsapps Facebook Messenger and IMessage with this handy app.
We spoke to Engaged INC’s founder Mark all about where the idea for the business came from, and what we can expect from them at the show – find them at NEC Birmingham – Stand: E14.
“During our own wedding planning experience, we got frustrated with having the same conversations with members of our own bridal party,” explains Mark.
“These conversations took place in email, texts and various available messaging platforms, which always lead to a nightmare when we attempted to recover details about what was said. More importantly, as a couple, one of us had to repeatedly inform and remind the other about upcoming deadlines and decisions needed to plan this special day!”
“It was clear that with the volume of our daily personal and professional conversations, a solution was needed to streamline wedding communication among the bride, groom and the bridal party.”
