January
It only seems like only yesterday when we shared Amy and David’s real wedding by Finesse Photography. We knew we picked the right wedding to start the year; Amy’s stunning Maggie Sottero dress with its lace and diamanté detailing caught our attention straight away, making it one of our favourite weddings of the year.

February
In February we shared one of the most colourful weddings of the year, Jessica and Justin’s Mexican inspired real wedding. What really impressed us were all the handmade decor accessories including an adorable pinate; and the fact our Jessica braved the cold to give us a sneak peak of her ‘Just Married’ underwear. If you’re looking to add a splash of DIY colour to your day look no further than Jessica and Justin’s real wedding.

March
In March we had a Confetti first, a real wedding shot entirely on a smartphone. Crista and Chris’s stunning destination wedding was captured by award winning photographer Joy Marie on a Nokia Lumia. This wedding blew us away from start to finish, with one breathtaking shot after another. Sounds to good to be true? Have a look for yourself.

April
April was the month we gave you Nikki and John’s perfect real wedding. We called it perfect because it was. The dress choice was wonderful; Nikki’s stunning Justin Alexander gown stole the show, and her choice of deep velvety rich colour scheme was faultless. All in all, it was perfect and a firm favourite of yours too.

We love nothing more than a wedding that steps outside the box and gives us something to really talk about. Back in May we shared Ene and Graham’s chic London wedding. You know it’s London when your guests get to travel in an open top red bus. What really stood out to us was Ene’s unique dress, the delicate lace number was designed by Kristina Viirpalu, of KV Couture, a beautiful dress for a beautiful woman.

In June we were excited to share Jill and Colins beautiful Scottish wedding by Chantal Lachance. Jill’s colour scheme was something we fell in love with instantly, ivory and coral are a match made in heaven, working harmoniously to create a beautiful wedding inspiration for June.

July
2014 was the year for DIY weddings and we couldn’t believe our luck when we saw Catherine and Andrew’s DIY packed wedding. Did we forget to mention it was vintage themed? If you’re planning a vintage wedding and going to add a few personal touches then this is the perfect wedding for you.

We love city weddings especially ones that ooze sophistication, which is why Veronica and Alejandro’s wedding made it on our list. They’re urban chic affair had us gripped from the start, her adorable dress and his dapper attire made it a wedding to remember. Not to forget the pictures of the happy couple in front of the street graffiti was a touch of genius by Douglas Fry.

In September we gave you a real wedding with a lot of pink, and you loved it, making it one of our most loved real weddings. To create her dream wedding Laura was able to use her eye for detail and designer know how to transform her venue in to a polka dot and pink haven. October Wedding
We were thrilled to share our first Indian real wedding in October. The very talented Camilla J Collins allowed us to share Devina and Shivs culture packed wedding with all our brides-to-be. From start to finish this wedding was a pleasure to see, from Devina stunning traditional Indian bridal outfit to the glamorous wedding reception.

It’s no secret vintage is one of our favourite themes and in November we were in vintage heaven. Seeing our favourite theme come to life was pure delight, the subtle vintage details in Becki’s overall style and the reception draped in pearls and lace brought a tear to our eyes.

It’s not Christmas without a festive themed wedding and that’s exactly what Abigail and Chris’s real wedding gave you. Their Christmas themed wedding was one of the most elegant weddings we shared with you all year and the perfect end to 2014.
