Food & Drink
There is so much fabulous seasonal produce available in April, to offer your guests a truly decadent Easter feast. Succulent lamb is the meat of choice and is accompanied perfectly with seasonal greens such as broccoli, spinach and new potatoes. For a vegetarian option opt for crunchy asparagus and soft little quails eggs to continue that Easter egg theme. If you are lucky enough to live by the sea, lobster, crab, salmon and whitebait are some of the most delicious options the ocean has to offer at this time of the year. Wash this all down with chilled homemade lemonade and seasonal fruit cocktails!
