There is so much fabulous seasonal produce available in April, to offer your guests a truly decadent Easter feast. Succulent lamb is the meat of choice and is accompanied perfectly with seasonal greens such as broccoli, spinach and new potatoes. For a vegetarian option opt for crunchy asparagus and soft little quails eggs to continue that Easter egg theme.
