Congratulations on your engagement! And we’re delighted to bring a whole new wedding opportunity to you and your big celebration. Coronation Street The Tour has now been granted a wedding license. It is a unique venue that will provide you, your family and friends with a truly memorable and unforgettable day. Here is what you need to know….
Your ceremony
Your wedding ceremony will take place inside the famous Rovers Return set, which can accommodate up to 40 guests who will receive complimentary reception drinks inside. It will be elegantly decorated with flowers, creating the perfect setting for your special day.
Ceremonies can take place from 7:30pm, and you can choose some of your favourite sets for a unique twist on your wedding photos. Your guests can have their own once-in-a-lifetime opportunity too—of having professional photos behind the bar of the Rovers Return.
Following your ceremony, the Corrie theme tune will sound as you make your way onto the cobbles to take your first steps into married life. Further complimentary reception drinks are provided on the street where you and your guests are free to roam.
Your reception
Make your way back into the studio for the evening celebrations to begin. There, a variety of entertainment options are available, such as a DJ or live band. Enjoy delicious food from their catering company, Kudos, who offer an array of mouth-watering menus. Up to 250 evening guests can be invited to join you at 8:30pm, and they will have the opportunity to enjoy a tour before joining you for the celebrations in the studio.

Your package will include:
- Exclusive use of the studio and street.
- Floral decorations on the bar in the Rovers Return.
- Dressed Registrar’s table and capacity for up to 40 guests for the ceremony.
- Photo opportunities behind the bar of the Rovers Return and selected sets.
- Complimentary reception drinks in The Rovers Return and on the Street.
- Exclusive use of the venue.
- Backstage tour for all guests.
The catering
Catering is only available with the ceremony and reception package and can include:
- Canapés
- Buffet
- Selection of drinks
All packages are available from the 8th September 2014 (excluding weekends)*
Ceremony package — Hire from 7pm-9:30pm — £2,750.
Ceremony and reception package — Hire from 7pm-11:30pm — £5,000.
You will receive the services of their experienced hospitality supervisor. They will be on hand throughout the celebrations to take away any of your worries. That way, you and your guests can enjoy your evening stress-free.
